There is a sign that hangs on my children's bedroom wall, "In God We Trust." I asked them to read it to me, sounding out each word and then asked them what it means.
"Believe in God," Maddi said. "Believe means to trust."
I thought about my book title–how I love the word believe and how the true meaning of my book is trust. Trust moment by moment. Trust that you are stronger than you think. Trust that life is still good and meaningful. Trust that God will guide you. In God we trust.
