My sisters invited me on a retreat this weekend to carve out some time for quiet and reflection. I don't think it was planned this way, but I find it fitting that our time together begins the week before Easter.
As a family we are honoring Easter this year by taking our children to the North Heights production of their passion play called "All Things New." Another fitting connection for me as this phrase was our New Year's theme symbolizing our new beginning as a family.
