The Logo Story

Shortly after Shawn died, a close friend shared the Dragonfly story with Jennifer and she immediately connected with its symbol of transformation and change. The circle surrounding the dragonfly is a dewdrop, which represents a new day and is colored red to stand for love, strength and vibrant life. The logo was designed to mean a new-self with a new-start.

Including both last names in the logo was important to Jennifer, to honor the past and the present. The website address carries her “Be Here Now” message by incorporating the name of her book, BELIEVE and encouraging others to daily live out the importance of today in the here and now. Overall the logo reminds us that God makes all things new, a central theme in Jennifer’s life.
